If the very essence of art is to create in order to reach another human being, the same holds true for the preservation of our stories, our roots, and the legacy we leave to the generations that will follow. What messages do we wish to bequeath to those who come after us?
What values are dearest to us, those that set us apart?
For nearly fifty years I have worked in the visual arts, primarily in the field of public art. My pieces reside in major museum collections and in the homes of private collectors who live with my work every day.
The sculpture presented here is designed to safeguard and showcase your heritage, serving as a vessel through which it can carry forward into the future.
Crafted from noble materials, it will stand as your distinctive, aesthetic, and timeless signature.
Like a ship driven full-sail by the wind, held fast by its rigging and lines, this memory will chart its course through space and time along the bonds that unite generations.

The Artistic Process of Nicole Taillon
Nicole Taillon, originally from Magog, stands among the most remarkable sculptors in Québec.
Her works, imbued with grace, pure magic, and strength, transcend beauty and defy time, as though they carried within them a universal memory.
The great composer Eddy Marnay found the perfect words to describe her in this text:
